Meet the Serfaces

Justin and Renee Serface, longtime Ridgefield, WA residents, are the passionate owners of The Neighborhood Refuge. In 2020, they invested in this historic church, transforming it into a welcoming and vibrant space while preserving its rich history and charm. With a social club feel, their love for high-end spirits and elevated food has created a wonderful gathering place for the Ridgefield community and surrounding areas to connect, unwind, and enjoy exceptional experiences.
